Soreasmey KE BIN
Co-Founder
Soreasmey brings 20 years of experience in strategic consulting and investment facilitation across the Great Mekong Subregion. As Confluences' CEO, he has led over 200 market access and investment projects in Cambodia, focusing on sustainable tourism, heritage preservation, and digital transformation. His deep understanding of Cambodia's investment landscape and expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects drives sustainable economic growth in the region.

Sven CALLEBAUT
Co-Founder
Sven Callebaut offers 29 years of international expertise in trade policy, regional integration, and digital commerce. His work spans the Greater Mekong Subregion and ASEAN, advising governments on trade and economic policies. He has supported major development partners including ADB, DFAT, GIZ, the World Bank, and WTO. At Concorde, Sven focuses on strengthening Cambodia's trade capabilities and digital economy development through actionable, impactful strategies.
Eric MOUSSET
Senior Partner
Dr. Eric Mousset is a specialist in e-governance, digital transformation, and sustainable urban planning. With over 25 years of experience across Europe, Australia, and Asia, he has led projects that improve governance, education, and urban development. His expertise includes designing digital solutions, enhancing public services, and supporting innovation-oriented entrepreneurship. Combining technical skills with practical insights, he delivers impactful, evidence-driven solutions.
Arthur MOSSA
Managing Partner
Arthur Mossa is a multidisciplinary consultant specializing in business strategy, innovation, and user-centered product design. Former Innovation Director and Country Manager at Schoolab, with global experience across Africa, APAC, Europe, and LATAM, he delivers results through structured methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Arthur supports both startups and corporates in solving strategic challenges, developing scalable solutions, and launching impactful digital products in highly competitive markets.
Nathalie VENG
Project Development Coordinator
Nathalie Veng, a French national of Cambodian origin, brings a background in management from Paris-Saclay. Recently completing a service civique (a French public service program) with local NGO Inclusive Cambodia, she gained hands-on experience in communications and project advocacy. Nathalie supports Concorde’s inclusive development initiatives by coordinating impactful projects centered on community engagement and sustainable growth.
Sovannarith CHEA
Project Implementation Coordinator
Sovannarith brings over a decade of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and program implementation across Cambodia’s development sector. As MERL Manager at Food for the Hungry, he has led complex, donor-funded projects for USAID, EU, and the World Bank. His expertise in data-driven strategies and stakeholder coordination supports impactful, inclusive, and accountable development initiatives.
