Concorde Consultants announces its first major project in Cambodia, working with the Société du Canal de Provence (SCP) on sustainable water management. This project is part of the WAT4CAM program, commissioned by the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology. Concorde's monitoring and evaluation work will help ensure the project's success.
The work includes managing meetings and workshops, analyzing data, and reporting on the program's progress. Concorde's Project Coordinator, MIN Samneang, said, "This project shows how we combine local knowledge with international standards to create real results."
